In order to promote the economic welfare of the Bank's local community, and service the banking needs of its entire local community, the Board of Directors specify to Management that the following specific credit be made available.

The specific types of loans that the Bank is prepared to extend, within the parameters of prudent and sound lending guidelines, to our local community area are as follows:

1.  Commercial Loans
            a.  Working Capital
            b.  Purchase of equipment
            c.  Financing, under first mortgage, purchase of real estate
            d.  Loans guaranteed by the Small Business Administration
            e.  Small business loans

2.   Consumer Loans
            a.  Purchase of consumer goods
            b.  Purchase of motor vehicles
            c.  Home improvement loans
            d.  Personal loans
            e.  First mortgage residential real estate loans
